Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with Rumble. If things don't work out, this policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
2. Early Access
Rumble is currently in early access. Paid plans are subject to the refund terms below. You may cancel your subscription at any time and stop using the service.
3. Paid Subscriptions
For paid plans (Growth and Enterprise), the following refund terms apply:
- Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked.
- After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your billing cycle.
- Annual plans: Refund requests within the first 14 days receive a full refund. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining months.
4. Ad Spend
Rumble does not process or collect your advertising spend. Any money spent on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms is charged directly by those platforms. Refunds for ad spend must be requested directly from the respective advertising platform.
5. Video Generation Credits
Video generation credits included in your plan are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remaining at the time of a valid refund request will be included in the refund calculation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@tryrumble.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your data and connected accounts remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
