Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Service Description

Rumble is an AI-powered platform that helps you create, manage, and monitor advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The service acts on your behalf using credentials you authorize through OAuth 2.0.

2. Account Requirements

To use Rumble, you must:

  • Have active advertising accounts on the platforms you wish to use.
  • Authorize Rumble to access your accounts through the official OAuth flows provided by each platform.
  • Comply with the advertising policies and terms of service of each platform you connect.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving campaign plans before they are executed. Rumble will always present a plan for your approval before making changes.
  • Ensuring your ad content complies with each platform's advertising policies.
  • Managing your advertising budgets. Rumble creates campaigns with the budget parameters you specify.
  • Maintaining the security of your connected platform accounts.

4. API Usage and Platform Compliance

Rumble accesses advertising platforms through their official APIs. We comply with the terms of service and developer policies of Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. We do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass any platform restrictions. All campaign actions are performed through authorized API endpoints.

5. Data Handling

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, campaign data is fetched on demand and not permanently stored, and you can disconnect at any time to revoke access and delete stored credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rumble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Ad spend incurred on your connected platform accounts. You review and approve all campaigns before execution.
  • Campaign performance or results. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
  • Platform policy violations in your ad content. You are responsible for compliance with each platform's policies.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages or API changes.

7. Termination

You may stop using Rumble at any time by disconnecting your platform accounts. Upon disconnection, we immediately delete your stored tokens and revoke our access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or the policies of connected platforms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
